Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It


All orders will be shipped in standard shipping boxes. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and distance.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the check-out process.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
We only ship within the U.S. and its territories. We do not ship internationally.
Tracking information will be provided via email provided at checkout when item is shipped. You can email to inquire about shipping information.

The Small Print

Do we accept returns? We do not accept returns as we take great pride in producing the highest quality skincare products available. Slight variations from product to product are considered part of the unique nature of handcrafted process and are to be expected. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at within 7 days of receipt of order to resolve.   Damages from shipping or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please forward a photograph of the damaged and/or defective product with full description to for issue to be resolved.  No refunds will be given. By purchasing our products you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase. However, we do offer store credit, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to resolve.
